A Group Regression is a guided hypnotic experience designed to help you quiet the conscious mind and explore what lies beyond your everyday awareness.
Together, we’ll move into a deeply relaxed state and begin a guided journey inward. Your experience will be uniquely your own—you may encounter a past-life experience, memories, imagery, emotions, symbolism, or simply a deeper sense of knowing and connection.
There is no right or wrong way to experience a regression, and you don’t need any previous experience with hypnosis. Simply come with an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to explore what unfolds.
An Intimate Experience — Just 8 Participants
To keep the experience comfortable and personal, this Group Regression is limited to 8 participants:
4 “Zero” chair spaces for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.
4 floor spaces for those who would like to lie down. The space is carpeted, and you're welcome to bring a yoga mat, small rug, blanket, pillow, or anything else that will help you get comfortable. A limited number of mats will also be available.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
If you have a journal you enjoy writing in, bring it with you. Paper and pens will also be provided.
Quiet Reflection & Integration
After the regression, we'll spend a little time in quiet reflection so you can write down what you experienced while it's still fresh.
Images, emotions, memories, words, sensations, or seemingly small details can sometimes fade quickly after a regression. This is your opportunity to capture whatever came through without needing to analyze or make sense of it.
Just write. Your experience can unfold and reveal its meaning in its own time.
